A 1000 sqm villa which was asked to be reviewed and to be changed to 3 separate flats for 3 young couples. Floor plans were completely changed with considering the structure limitations. According to the existing situation of the entrances and columns all 3 flats have different plans but they were designed in modern style with some small differences in the colors.
