Architectural Design (Residential Projects &  Office Building)

Scheme Design Studio experience in the residential field is a wide range of form and function, single floor villas in hot and dry dense tissue to high-rise buildings in the middle of the urban structure. Also The range of office projects designed by Shema includes a diverse typology from low-rise projects and humble feelings, to high-rise and self-presenting buildings. Almost all of these projects include the commercial part, which, if not on a large scale, are at least responsive to the people using the building, and some of these buildings, in sharing between existing spaces, are classified as Mixed-used. Over the years, the design of office buildings has always been a part of the activities of Atelier Shema, and our design team has gained valuable experience in such projects.
