The building is located on Si-o-se-pol Bridge. The aim of the project was to design the best view in front of Zayanderood, so on the left side the façade gone back and making a gap in the middle and made the façade divided to 2 parts. So both parts will have a good view traces to the river. Also there will be shadows on inside traces. The greeneries which are located on the traces will limit the outside view to the Trace’s sitting areas.
