This project was about an existed one floor villa about 300 sqm building, which was decided for 2 duplex flats be added on top of that, for 2 young couples.
According to the existed structure and columns, one stair case and elevator was extended to the building, which was the main access to both flats on first floor which are the family hall, dinning and services areas. Access to the penthouse which belongs to bedrooms is available from interior Floating Steps.
Facade design is in Andalusian (Spanish) style with as it was required also Interior design is designed in country Spanish style.
