This residential building with an approximate area of 230 sqm due to broken plan and angular spaces, had un used spaces and incorrect spatial connections between different areas. The correction of functional relations with minimal changes in the walls has been one of the main design goals.
Installing an island table in the vertical axis along the wall of the second kitchen allows direct access from the kitchen to the TV and dining room.
Also placing the lights above the island table, the wall lamp between the second kitchen and the hall lights creates a visual vertical axis that extend along the unit and the spaces area formed around this axe.
