The 500 sqm land in Ansab Area which was required to be built in 3 levels, Majlis Area, Dinning Area, Family Hall and Services Areas on ground Floor and private Areas as bedrooms and Sitting Area on the 2 other floors, With neoclassic Style for outside (Façade & landscape) and minimal modern style with nude colours for interior spaces.
Outdoor sitting Areas and decorative neoclassic pool were the main required Items which are located on the corner side of the building.
