This duplex villa, designed on a pilot, is located in the scenic and temperate mountainous region of Jabal Akhdar in Oman. The project embraces a modern and minimalist approach, with the client requesting a serene, simple, and functional space that retains a personal and artistic identity. The villa serves as a private residence during the cold seasons and as a resort and recreational retreat during the warm seasons.

The interior design utilizes a neutral colour palette, indirect lighting, and materials such as light wood, natural stone, and textured fabrics to create a sense of warmth and balance throughout the space. Simple forms and minimalist furniture with clean, precise lines reflect a functional approach alongside modern aesthetics.

While maintaining simplicity, the inclusion of unique and contemporary artworks as focal points infuses the space with a cultural and artistic spirit. This combination ensures the space is not only practical and comfortable but also inspiring and distinctive.
